First Transit to Operate Paratransit Service for MTA

Partnership to begin February 2013

CINCINNATI— The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) has awarded First Transit, Inc., a leading private provider of transit management, the paratransit contract for its organization. This contract is scheduled to begin February 2013. From this location, First Transit will employ a total of 285 employees and operate 130 vehicles that transport more than 400,000 passengers annually.
