First Transit Awarded Contract Extension for
Shuttle Service for the University of Buffalo
CINCINNATI— The University of Buffalo has elected to exercise their option for a one-year contract extension with First Transit, Inc., a leading private provider of transit management and contracting services. Currently, First Transit operates 25 vehicles and oversees 70 employees. The university’s shuttle service transports more than 3.3 million passengers annually.
First Transit has provided service to the students of the University of Buffalo since 2007. First Transit provides complete operations and transit management services as well as comprehensive preventative maintenance and inspection programs to meet customer transportation and budgetary needs.
