We currently manage contracts providing trips in rural and urban settings. In addition, we manage a number of paratransit call centers throughout the U.S., including New York City’s Paratransit Command Center and Denver Regional Transit District’s call center.
Depending on our customers’ contractual specifications and requirements, First Transit provides a wide option of related services for our paratransit operations customers, including management, reservations, scheduling, dispatch, and vehicle maintenance. The following bullet points provide examples of our paratransit customers, including:
• Full Service Paratransit Customers – Systems where First Transit provides the full range of services, including management, reservations, scheduling, dispatch, and vehicle maintenance.
• Call Center Customers – Organizations where First Transit manages and operates call center operations for paratransit and non-emergency medical transportation customers.
• Paratransit Operations Customers – Systems where First Transit provides several of the operational services, including management, reservations, scheduling, dispatch, and/or vehicle maintenance.
