 First Transit Seeking 60 Staff Members for University Service

Full- and part-time employees needed for student transportation at Yale University.

CINCINNATI—First Transit, Inc., a leading private provider of transit management and contracting services, is holding a job fair Thursday, June 16 at Building B-25 on Yale’s West Campus, 141 Frontage Road. First Transit representatives will provide on-site interviews from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the second floor. Prospective employees should follow the blue “Y” signs to locate the building. First Transit seeks to fill full- and part-time driver and staff positions for the university’s shuttle service.

Available positions include CDL drivers (must have a CDL – class B license with passenger and airbrake endorsements), service workers, dispatchers, administrative clerks and mechanics.

Applicants must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be able to work shift hours and days assigned
• Posses a valid state issued driver’s license
• Successfully complete the Department of Transportation physical testing
• Have at least three years of driving experience
• Pass a thorough pre-employment background screening, and
• Meet additional company requirements.
