McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas Awards Contract to First Transit
CINCINNATI, OH – First Transit, Inc. has been awarded a three year contract with four, three year options to provide shuttle bus services between the McCarran International Airport and the County’s Rental Car Company in Las Vegas, Nevada; expected to begin November 1, 2006. First Transit currently manages five additional airport shuttle services in the United States.
Jeremy Brown will serve as the General Manager and oversee day-to-day operations. Jeremy has both transit management and rental car management experience. Brown also has been involved with the strategic financial planning of 12 major airport locations. Felicia Webb, Assistant General Manager, will report to Brown as they will work closely on achieving productivity, efficiency, and cost reductions. The on-site team will be supported by Nick Promponas, Senior Vice President, Rick Pulido, Area Vice President, and Don Swain, Vice President of Operations.
