First Transit Named Campus Bus Service Operator
for Kennesaw State University
First Transit begins service in August.
CINCINNATI— Starting in August 2011, First Transit will operate campus shuttle service for Kennesaw State University (KSU) in Kennesaw, Ga. The company will provide transportation service to the students, faculty and staff throughout the campus and off-campus parking locations, including the Town Center Mall. First Transit will operate six new shuttle buses, transporting more than 15,000 passengers annually. Each bus will be equipped with TransLoc’s Transit Visualization System, which allows passengers the ability to access real-time vehicle location information.
