First Transit Holds Job Fair In Nashville, TN.
Fifteen Full- and part-time employees needed for airport shuttle service.
CINCINNATI—First Transit, Inc., a leading private provider of transit management and contracting services, is holding a job fair on Thursday, May 19. The event will take place at Nashville’s First Transit location, 804 Hanger Lane from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. First Transit seeks to fill 15 full- and part-time driver positions for airport shuttle service.
“We are looking to fill these positions with reliable and dedicated drivers within the Nashville area,” said Jeff Houghton, general manager, First Transit. “Applicants must be committed to safe driving practices and possess a sincere desire to work with the public.”
No professional driving experience is necessary to apply. Applicants must:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be able to work shift hours and days assigned
- Posses a valid state issued driver’s license
- Successfully complete the Department of Transportation physical testing
- Have at least three years of driving experience
- Pass a thorough pre-employment background screening, and
- Meet additional company requirements.
A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is not required, but is preferred.
