Ozark Regional Transit Renews Contract With First Transit

CINCINNATI, OH – First Transit, Inc. is pleased to announce that they have renewed their contract with Ozark Regional Transit in Springdale, AR. First Transit will provide transit management services for five years with an additional five year option beginning January 1st, 2007.

First Transit and Ozark Regional Transit have been partners for the past five years. Phil Pumphrey, Ozark regional Transit’s current General Manager will continue as the resident manager. Frank Tobey, Region Vice President, will continue to help Phil maintain a close working relationship with the customer, assess and interpret the needs for technical services specialist and serve as the key communicator on industry trends and best practices. Henry Lukasik will serve as Assistant General Manager for Operations and Maintenance. Henry has over six years of transportation experience and is committed to improving operations for Ozark Regional Transit.
