CINCINNATI, OH – Warren County has awarded a renewal contract for paratransit operations to First Transit, beginning in January of 2008. First Transit and Warren County have been working together since 2005 to provide paratransit services to the residents in Belvidere, NJ. This contract does work in conjunction with the Department of Human Services.
Jim Sullivan is the General Manager for First Transit in Warren County. He is assisted by Anthony Higginbottom, the Manager of Safety and Training. Warren County employs 35 dedicated transit professionals that maintain and operate 44 buses. Ridership on this system is about 883,000 annually. Warren County receives regional support from Senior Vice President Brad Thomas.
