First Transit Appoints Sharad Agarwal to VP of National Call Centers

CINCINNATI  —  First Transit announces the appointment of Sharad Agarwal to First Transit VP of National Call Centers. Agarwal brings to the position more than ten years of transportation experience, including the past year as First Transit Director of Business Development focusing on the western region.  Sharad has considerable expertise in customer service, human resources, financial planning and process improvement.

Sharad will be relocating from his present location in Los Angeles, CA to Seattle, WA. In his new role, he will focus his attention on maximizing First Transit customer satisfaction and retention through the continuous improvement of call center operations.
